I’m not a fan of this place given it’s my first time, I’m not impressed. It’s too crowded even though I went on a week day; it’s not bright enough inside, it could use some lighting for security purposes given the amount of crowd. Lining up for food…omg, it’s insane! Took about 45-1hr just to buy fries, popcorn and two bottles of drinks. The popcorn is too salty, pls tone it down for health reasons (there’s enough hypertensive people already)same as the fries. It’s too pricey and I got the parent ticket and was unable to use it cos it was so crowded and I honestly didn’t know what to do or where to go. Trust my kid to run off and help himself to whatever he could find since we bought the ultimate ticket which applies to all except the arcade. You have to pay for each game machine as well. Bought a recharge card for the Game Center and couldn’t use it, asked for help and we were directed back to the where we bought the tickets, yet their response wasn’t helpful…told us to keep trying it. Nobody tells you where to go or what to do. It’s a no for me.
So, I love and hate this place... Some of the staff are great and some you just tolerate. There isn't enough seating for adults, so it's always a cluster, and the food lines are just silly. It's almost like they just don't care whether you order food with them or not. I don't get it. Regardless, the kids always have a fun time here, and I guess I will continue to endure the service lines and lack of seating until my kids outgrow this stage in their lives.
My kids love this place...I do not. This place is always jam packed full of people. There are many different things to do here, but the lines are very long, so you wont be able to fit everything in. Even the open space trampolines are full of people, so the kids can't run much on them. The prices are quite high when you have to wait 30 minutes in each line. Also, the employees are so very slow here, they are slower than sloths. They don't care about you at all. They don't care that there are 15+ kids waiting in line, they just do their task as slowly as humanly possible. If you do want to come here, I would suggest coming on a week day, when its not as busy. I have been here on a Wednesday before and it was way less crowded than a Friday or Saturday.
I say this place is better than Sky Zone but it's so busy. It's a little smaller but kids will have a blast. It's also pricey. Give it a shot.
My son was still in the pool and did not leave the dangerous area. The people above started playing and the staff would not tell him to stop when they saw it. Until the person above fell and hit his son. He was in so much pain that he could no longer make a sound. The staff just stood there and watched without any help. I asked them to call 911 and just nodded. After waiting for 30 to 40 minutes and asking when 911 would arrive, I had no choice but to call 911. No one paid any attention or care. I regret taking my son to an extremely dangerous place. And put him through a painful and horrific experience.
Wonderful place. Kids can lost easily but teach them to go straight to the front of they get lost.
Quite a few parties go on at the same time, so it can get hectic. A few of the claw machines were out of service, but it was fun.
This place was a blast! So we go for my son's friend's birthday party. We had our tickets already paid for so we showed up and were let in right away. As a 6'2" 240lb male I wasn't sure if I would be able to go with my 9 year old son for all the cool stuff. I was so wrong! From the zip line and air platform walk to the opstical course and dodge ball arena I was allowed into everything! I highly recommend this place. Great staff food and attractions for the whole family.
This place isn't bad if you have children 12 and under who needs something to keep them active and entertained for a few hours. This place is also very popular for birthday parties. If you are coming on a Saturday or Sunday, expect it to be extremely busy. There are areas designated for smaller children. I would suggest that this be for children who are 12 and under. They also have a cafe where you can purchase refreshments. You have to buy socks for $4 each. They do have a zipline, but the wait can be 20 to 30 minutes. The pizza they supply for birthday parties isn't too bad. If you're looking for something to do during those hot summer days with your younger children, this could be a place for you. Basic ticket prices just for trampolines is $20. To be able to do all the activities is $35 per person. It can certainly add up if you have more than one child. And, you can only play for about 2 hours.
